It's a prediction game: you declare scorelines for a set of fixtures, score points and climb the table, either against people you invite or against everyone in the Global Leagues. The full walkthrough is in how to play.

That's the host's choice. Game lock (the default) freezes every pick two hours before the game's first kickoff, and everyone's predictions reveal together at that moment. Per-fixture lock keeps each pick editable until a minute before that match, revealing it at kickoff. The game room always tells you which is in force.

No. Until a pick locks, the database won't let anyone but you read it, whatever the app does.

By default: +5 exact scoreline, +2 right result, 0 wrong result, −1 wrong result and badly off. Hosts can change every value, and the game room's Game info tab always shows that game's rules.

When your goal difference is more than 3 out. It's the margin that counts, not the totals: predicting 1–1 on a 9–8 thriller is only 1 out and isn't penalised, but 3–0 against a 0–2 finish is 5 out and is. It only applies when you also got the result wrong.

Picks that score double, good or bad. In a private game the host decides how many you each get. On your shared Premier League picks you get exactly one per gameweek; if a private game plays its wildcard on a different match, you're told which match currently carries yours and offered the swap.

One table for everyone playing a league, in three versions: this gameweek, this month and the whole season. They rank on points, using the same 5 / 2 / 0 / −1 scoring as every game with your gameweek wildcard doubled, and show your exact scores, right results and bad misses alongside. Take a look.

Build a game whose fixtures span two or more matchdays and choose Head-to-Head as how you win. Each round pairs you with one other player and whoever scores more takes the tie; the results build a won-drawn-lost table across the season. With odd numbers, someone plays the round's average. The Global Leagues are different: everyone plays on the same points tables.

No. Any Premier League prediction you make, in any game, counts automatically. If a fixture already has a live pick, that one stands unless you say otherwise, so nothing is ever silently overwritten. You can opt out entirely in your profile, and my picks shows everything being counted for you.

You qualify for a gameweek only once you've predicted every match in it. That stops anyone cherry-picking the easy games and keeps the totals comparable, because everyone who counts for a gameweek faced the same fixtures. Once you're in, points are added match by match as results come in.

Pick your club when you join and you're in a league with every other supporter of that club. There's also a fanbase table that pools every fan's predictions to rank all 20 Premier League clubs.

Classic, where you pick the fixtures and scoring and call every scoreline, and Power Play, which is Classic plus a loadout of power-ups. Either can be a one-off matchday or a whole season, ranked on most points, best accuracy or Head-to-Head (one opponent per round). Games are private by code or open for anyone to join from the lobby. Automatically and near-live: scores refresh every couple of minutes while matches are on, and tables update with them. Late official corrections are picked up for three days after full-time, so a revised score still counts.

Share the game's six-character code, tap Invite on WhatsApp for a one-tap link, or invite a friend directly in-app so it arrives in their notifications. No app install required for anyone.

Yes, each game has a thread under its standings where you can tag people with @ to notify them. Hosts can switch chat off when creating a game, and the Global Leagues have no chat.

Only when it's useful: a nudge when a deadline is close and you still have picks to make, and a once-a-day alert when a friend overtakes you, you overtake them, or you go top. You can switch rival alerts off in your profile.
